We allow a maximum of two pets with a maturity weight of no more than 40 pounds. Pet fees are $40 a month per dog and $20 a month per cat. No additional fees or deposits. Please call 886-6155 for more details.
We allow a maximum of two cats or one cat and one dog (per Condominium regulations). Pet fees are $40 a month for a dog and $20 a month for a cat. No additional fees or deposits. Weight and breed restrictions apply. Please call 448-0393 for more details.

We expect the apartment to be in the same condition in which it was rented to you. Any personal property that is left will be disposed of within 24 hours after the lease term has expired. Any fees from cleaning, repair, and/or labor we deem necessary will be your responsibility. This can be up to and over the amount of your security deposit.
The following is a list of charges we will apply if we have to do any cleaning, repair or replacement. These fees will be deducted from the security deposit.
