• No negative rental history, such as evictions, skips, outstanding judgments, etc.  Conditional approval is possible for minor credit problems.
• No felony convictions or any misdemeanors involving drugs, violence or theft.
• Copy of photo ID.

LOFTON LEASING & ROSEMARY RIDGE

• Minimum income must be at least 2.75 times the monthly rental amount.
